Yoga Foundation Course for Corporates
We, at Prati Yogayana, follow a Holistic approach to Yoga. We consider physical benefits/healing as a by-product in this system, with all diseases being dealt with right at their root cause-in the Mind. This system provides one the tools for living life as a Complete, Whole and Content Human Being – with Will, Consciousness and a Transformed Mind – free from all negative emotions and thought patterns, giving one truly the opportunity to live with consciousness and not by the automatic law of accidents controlled by the stars, situations, emotions, scenarios, memory patterns…
Our course structure not only provides the seeker with powerful practices of Shuddhi Kriya, Pranayama, Asana and Meditation to purify their body and mind; but most importantly provides in-depth understanding of the structure of the Human Being. With this knowledge and Understanding, one can experience the philosophical concepts (Avidya, Asmita, Raga, Dvesha, Abhinivesh) within one’s own being, and with the corrective exercises and work on oneself, begin the process of Inner Transformation.
The course is customized based on the specific intention of the Client along with other factor such as time, budget etc.
- In depth scientific explanation and rigorous training of the practices of Shuddhi Kriya (cleansing processes), Pranayama, Asana and guided Meditation for the purification of the psychic nerves.
- Ancient and Powerful Yogic techniques of Concentration (Meditation).
- Learning the 3 Step Rhythmic Breathing and Refining exercises, to dissolve the granthis (knots) in our astral body and learn the correct method of breathing.
- The study of the inner structure of Man as a computerized organism and the corrective techniques to achieve higher states of consciousness through the re-education of our Mind.
- The study of our 4 centers and their functions through the process of self-observation, which
enables one to practically experience the philosophical concepts of Yoga within our own being, and correct the wrong working of the centers, to remove the ignorance of the true self. - Provides us with the wisdom of living our regular worldly life – The Yogic way – through Calm, Clarity and Objectivity.

The sessions will include the practices of Shuddhi Kriya (cleansing processes), Pranayama and conclude with guided Meditation.
These techniques provide benefits such as:

The sessions will include techniques of Yoga Nidra (body awareness), Visualization & Sahaj Yoga.
These sessions will bring about a Total Mental-Emotional-Physical Relaxation, preparing one for the higher practices of Meditation.
Asanas modified by use of chair whereby people can practice in their work environment to free the tension from their muscles, joints and re-establish a flow of energy within.
These practices will help maintain Spine, Joint movement and build flexibility, and will help deal with common problems like back/neck pain, digestion and lack of energy.
