The Retreat focuses on Introducing various Pranayamas along with their rigorous practice, to firstly cleanse our psychic nerves and eventually control our Prana (living force) internally for Spiritual Awakening.
Pranayama are a Very Important and Vital step of Hatha Yoga, in advancing the Yoga practitioner move towards RajYoga – for the ultimate purpose of uniting our Individual soul consciousness with the Supreme Reality.
The Retreat will also include the practice of Yogasanas, study of the Yogic philosophy and study of our anatomy to understand the mechanics and physiology of breathing, so that we may learn at a deeper level of how this Science impacts our Physical – Mental & Emotional bodies.

The Course will include the teaching, philosophy, anatomy and rigorous practice of Yogasanas.

The various Yogasanas (36) along with Surya Namaskars, provide the Student with all the tools and knowledge of delving into this Science of self healing.
